One determined couple found a website in Utah providing legitimate online wedding ceremony’s. It does make you wonder whether online weddings could soon become our new norm?

Domestic Abuse Cases Rising During Lockdown
Following on from reports that domestic abuse cases had drastically increased during lockdown, the work of four amazing women: Alison Surtees, Natalie Wayne Dolan, Yvonne Ellis and Suzi Hoffmann, came together and founded a new campaign Sing4Safety which aimed to raise money for the charity group Women’s Aid; one of the UK’s leading organisations aiming to tackle and prevent domestic abuse for women.
The idea was shared to a broad network of musicians, performers and spoken word poets which quickly gained traction amongst artists who were eager to perform for a such a worthy cause. Acts took over a live stream on the groups Facebook page whilst audiences raised money.
I interviewed Madeleine Black who wrote Unbroken: One Woman’s Journey to Rebuild a Life Shattered by Violence. Madeleine is a survivor of abuse and uses her voice to help others suffering in silence.
